Professional, courteous - on top of their game, weird shower, water was everywhere but urban and nice!

Homestead was great! They are sister companies with Extended Stay America same system and everything! I went to this hotel after being at the extended stay in Burbank CA. Manager was the worst person I have ever met in my life, I talk to people for a living and there is no reason for a human being to ever treat anyone like he did! The room was very nice and clean, plus the staff was professional, friendly and went out of their way.

Nothing, Our stay at Homestead Studio Suites Hotel was excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel to associates, friends and fellow travelers.

No ability to get night person to answer phone for 48 minutes.

Checked in late at night as expected. Never offered internet. Call cause I could not get on line busy for 20 minutes. Called hotel and corporate and every number available, no one could help.
